About Me

Valentina Pencheva is an accomplished international business executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding, developing, and managing diverse businesses in Europe and the USA. With EU and US citizenship, Valentina has resided in Eastern and Western Europe as well as the USA, and is fluent in English, Russian, Bulgarian, and has limited proficiency in French, Italian, German, and Dutch.

Valentina has a proven track record of success, having founded and led International Commercial Agents Ltd., an international joint-venture company specialized in investment projects, import-export, and distribution of goods from/to multiple countries. Valentina’s clients included prominent names such as AIG, Shell, Motorola, Sprint, MTV, Austrian Airlines, Toyota, Honda, and more.

Valentina was the Sole Authorized Distributor of Lanier Worldwide and Gateway Computers in Bulgaria, and also the Sole Distributor of Italian furniture companies such as Mascagni, Full Mobili Srl., Olivo & Groppo, etc. Valentina has designed spaces and furnished many office and bank buildings in Sofia and Moscow, and won European Union PHARE programme tenders for delivering furniture for governmental office buildings.

Valentina also serves as a Brand Ambassador for Genesis Capital Group, New York, and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Pacom-P”, an IT company specialized in computers, network solutions, video security systems, development of residential and commercial projects, and internet providing in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Valentina’s extensive education includes studies in Governments and Politics at the University of Oxford, UK, and degrees in Tourism Management and Journalism from Sofia University “Kliment Ohridski”. She also has a degree in Finance from the University “Neofit Rilski” and has specialized in “International Affairs” at the European Community, Brussels, Belgium, and “Management of Employers’ Organizations” at the International Labor Office, Geneva, Switzerland. Valentina is a licensed NY State Real Estate Broker and has completed the De Paul University “Futures and Options” Certified Broker Program in Chicago, practicing at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Valentina also serves as a blockchain advisor to ICO Start-ups.
